Mirror Caps
Prepare the area. Clean the existing mirror cap and surrounding paintwork thoroughly with an alcohol wipe to remove any dirt, grease, or wax.
Test fit first. Before removing any adhesive backing, dry-fit the new cap over the existing housing to confirm alignment and fit.
Remove the original cap. Use a plastic trim removal tool to carefully prise the existing cap away from the mirror housing. Work around the edges slowly to avoid cracking.
Clip or bond the new cap. Depending on your fitment type — clip-on or adhesive — either press the new cap firmly into the clips until it locks, or apply double-sided automotive tape to the back of the cap before pressing into position.
Final check. Ensure both caps are seated evenly and flush. Apply firm pressure across the surface for 60 seconds to secure adhesion if bonded.
Front Splitter
Test fit with assistance. With help from another person, carefully hold the splitter against the bumper and confirm both ends align evenly with the bumper edges.
Tape into position. Once alignment is confirmed, use masking tape to temporarily secure the splitter in place to prevent movement during installation.
Mark and drill. Mark the drill points through the splitter into the underside of the bumper. Drill carefully and take your time — precision here prevents mistakes.
Fix securely. Attach the splitter using self-tapping screws or bolts with nuts. Use a minimum of 6 fixings per side and 2 in the central area for maximum stability.
Final inspection. Double-check all fixings are tight and the splitter sits flush against the bumper with no gaps or movement.
Rear Diffuser
Remove the original diffuser or bumper trim. Use a plastic trim tool to carefully remove the existing rear lower trim. Note the clip positions for reassembly reference.
Test fit the new diffuser. Hold it in position and check alignment with the bumper, wheel arches, and exhaust cutouts before committing to any fixings.
Clean the mounting surface. Wipe down all contact areas with an alcohol wipe to ensure any adhesive bonds correctly.
Secure with clips and screws. Reuse the original clips where possible and supplement with self-tapping screws at the fixing points. Do not overtighten on carbon or plastic parts.
Check exhaust clearance. Ensure the exhaust tips sit centrally within the diffuser cutouts with even spacing on all sides before finalising.
Roof Spoiler
Position for a trial fit. Place the spoiler onto the roofline for an initial test. Check it sits flush and centred across the full width of the roof edge.
Tape the outline. Use masking tape to mark the exact outline of the spoiler on the roof. This is your installation guide — do not skip this step.
Clean and degrease. Thoroughly clean both the roof surface within the taped outline and the underside of the spoiler with an alcohol wipe. Allow to dry fully.
Apply adhesive tape. Attach double-sided automotive adhesive tape to the underside of the spoiler. We also recommend a small amount of bonding adhesive for a permanent fit.
Peel and position. Peel back 2-3cm of tape backing at each edge, align carefully with your tape guide, then slowly remove the remaining backing while pressing the spoiler down firmly.
Bond with heat. Using a heat gun at a safe distance, gently warm the spoiler to activate the adhesive and enhance the bond. Apply firm, even pressure for at least 60 seconds across the full length.
Leave to cure. Do not drive the vehicle for at least 24 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure. Avoid rain or car washing during this period.
Exhaust Tip
Measure your pipe diameter. Before installation, confirm your exhaust pipe outer diameter matches the inlet size of the tip you ordered. Do this before starting.
Slide the tip over the exhaust pipe. Push the clamp-on tip over the end of your exhaust pipe. Twist gently as you push if resistance is felt.
Position correctly. Adjust the tip so it sits evenly within the bumper cutout with consistent spacing around all edges. Step back to check from a distance.
Tighten the clamp. Once satisfied with the position, tighten the internal clamp bolt firmly using the appropriate tool. Ensure the tip cannot rotate or slide.
Start the engine and check. Run the engine briefly and confirm there are no exhaust leaks around the clamp and the tip remains secure and correctly positioned.
Headlight Covers
Clean the headlight surface. Wipe the headlight lens and surround thoroughly with an alcohol wipe. Any grease or wax will prevent adhesion.
Test fit dry. Hold the cover in position to check alignment with the headlight housing. Eyebrow covers should sit flush along the top edge of the headlight.
Apply adhesive. Peel the backing from the pre-applied 3M tape or apply your own automotive double-sided tape to the back of the cover.
Press and hold. Carefully position the cover over the headlight and press firmly for at least 60 seconds. Work from the centre outward to avoid air bubbles.
Leave to bond. Avoid washing the car for 24 hours to allow the adhesive to set fully.
Grilles
Remove the front bumper or grille surround. Depending on your vehicle, you may need to partially or fully remove the front bumper to access the grille mounting clips. Refer to your vehicle's workshop manual.
Release the original grilles. Press in the retaining clips from behind the bumper and push the grille frames forward. Note the clip positions carefully.
Test fit the new grilles. Hold each new grille frame in position before clipping in. Confirm the fitment is flush and even on both sides.
Clip into place. Push each grille firmly into the bumper frame until all clips engage with an audible click. Work systematically across all clip points.
Refit the bumper. Reattach the front bumper and all trim pieces. Check alignment with the bonnet and wings before fully tightening.
Final check. Inspect the finished result from the front of the car. Both grilles should be level, flush, and centred within the bumper aperture.
