How We Ship
All NightLine orders are fulfilled directly from our trusted supplier network. This means your item ships straight from the warehouse to your door — no unnecessary handling, no delays from our end. Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, it's processed within 1 business day.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow it every step of the way.

Most UK orders arrive well within this window. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier availability. Remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the islands may take slightly longer.

We ship to select countries outside the UK. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices and are outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. You can also track your order at any time using our Track Order page.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch
- If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 days, contact us and we'll investigate
- Some orders may ship in multiple parcels — you'll receive separate tracking for each

Delays & Issues
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs processing. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
- If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days (UK) or 35 working days (international), contact us
- If your item arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Lost or significantly delayed orders will be investigated and either reshipped or refunded

Wrong Address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We process orders quickly and may not be able to amend an address once it's been submitted. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at hello@nightline.store.
NightLine Performance cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
