3 Series G20 — Full Carbon Exterior Kit

Tom had a clear vision from the start — he wanted his G20 to look like it rolled straight off an M Performance production line. Not close. Not inspired by. Identical in character. That meant one thing: every visible exterior panel that could be upgraded, would be.

The build started with the NightLine Carbon Fibre Kidney Grilles — the centrepiece of any G20 exterior transformation. From there it was a full sweep: Carbon Fibre Rear Diffuser underneath, Roof Spoiler Series II above the bootline, and Gloss Black Mirror Caps tying both sides together. Every piece was fitted in a single session. No bodyshop, no coding, no complications.

We were lucky enough to get a proper photoshoot done with this build. Tom brought the car out on a rainy evening and we managed to get some incredible shots — the carbon weave catches light in a way that's genuinely hard to capture but these came out exactly as it looks in person.

The finished car is cohesive in a way that most modified BMWs aren't. Nothing looks bolted on. The carbon kit reads as factory — which was exactly the point.
